Categories of personal data processed, purpose of processing and legal basis
In the context of the commercial relationship with our company, IBIS S.r.l. may process personal data for the following purposes:
– Communicate with commercial partners about products, services and projects of IBIS S.r.l. o Business Partners, eg answering requests or requests;
– Planning, execution and management of the (contractual) relationship with the Business Partners; for example. carrying out transactions and orders for products or services, making payments, performing accounting, control, billing and collection operations, organizing shipments and deliveries, facilitating repairs and providing support services;
– Administer and execute customer inquiries, marketing campaigns, market analysis or other promotional activities or events;
– Maintain and protect the security of our products, services and websites, preventing and detecting security threats, fraud or other criminal or harmful activities;
– Ensure compliance with legal obligations (such as record keeping obligations), compliance obligations of Business Partners (to prevent white-collar crimes or money laundering) and IBIS’s industrial policies or standards Srl;
– To resolve disputes, enforce our contractual agreements and establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
For the above mentioned purposes, IBIS S.r.l. can process the following categories of personal data:
– Contact information, such as full name, work address, work phone number, work phone number, job fax number and work email address;
– payment data, such as data required for processing payments and fraud prevention, including credit / debit card numbers, security code numbers and other related billing information;
– Further information necessarily elaborated as part of a project or a contractual relationship with IBIS S.r.l. or voluntarily provided by the Business Partner’s Contact, such as orders submitted, payments made, requests and goals of the project;
– Information collected from publicly available resources, integrity databases and credit agencies;
– If legally required, for compliance checks by Business Partners: information on relevant and significant litigation or other legal proceedings against Business Partners.
The processing of personal data is necessary to meet the aforementioned purposes including the execution of the respective (contractual) relationship with the Business Partners.
If legally authorized to do so, IBIS S.r.l. may transfer personal data to courts, law enforcement authorities, regulators or lawyers, if necessary, to comply with the law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
In the event that a user sends to IBIS S.r.l. personal data not requested or not necessary for the execution of the requested service or for the provision of a service closely related to it, IBIS S.r.l. can not be considered owner of these data, and will delete them as soon as possible.
IBIS S.r.l. commissions service providers (so-called data processors), such as hosting or IT maintenance service providers, acting only on instructions from IBIS S.r.l. and are contractually obliged to act in accordance with the applicable data protection law. The recipients of personal data may be located in countries outside the European economic area (“third countries”), where the applicable laws do not offer the same level of data protection as the laws of the respective country of origin. In such cases and unless otherwise authorized by the current law, IBIS S.r.l. take measures to implement adequate safeguards for the protection of personal data by other means.
Conservation periods
Unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time of the collection of the personal data of Business Partner Contact (for example within a consent form accepted by the Business Partner Contact), we delete personal data if the retention of personal data is no longer necessary in relation to purposes for which they have been collected or otherwise processed and no conservation obligation under applicable law (such as tax or business laws) requires us to further store personal data.
Right of withdrawal of consent.
In the event that a Business Partner Contact has given its consent to the processing of some personal data by IBIS Srl, the Business Partner Contact has the right to withdraw the consent at any time with future effect, or the withdrawal from consent does not affect the lawfulness of the treatment based on consent before its withdrawal. In case of revocation of consent, IBIS S.r.l. can process personal data further only if there is another legal basis for processing.
Right of access and rectification or deletion of personal data, restriction of processing, right to object to processing and data portability
Under the applicable data protection law, the affected Business Partner Contact may – provided that the respective legal conditions are met – have the right to:
- obtain from IBIS Srl confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data relating to the contact of the business partner and, in this case, access to personal data;
- obtain from IBIS S.r.l. the correction of inaccurate personal data;
- obtain from IBIS S.r.l. the cancellation of the personal data of Business Partner Contact;
- obtain from IBIS S.r.l. limitation of processing in relation to the personal data of the Contact Business Partner;
- obtain from IBIS S.r.l. a copy of the personal data that the Business Partner contact has actively provided, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by a machine and to be requested by IBIS S.r.l. that we transmit this data to another recipient selected by the Business Partner contact;
- oppose, for reasons relating to the particular situation of the Business Partner’s Contact, to the processing of personal data.

The data protection organization provides support for any questions, comments, concerns or complaints regarding data privacy or in the event that a commercial partner contact wishes to exercise their rights regarding data privacy as indicated in the previous section.

Comment on the contents
The comment services allow Users to formulate and make public their comments regarding the content of this Application. Users, according to the settings decided by the Owner, can leave the comment also anonymously.
